Retail Therapy Thursday!

Howdy Poodles!

I'm on a little holiday…

…a holiday from my current Parkinson's medication routine that is! Bleh!!

No Parky's meds = Hands no worky

Not a lot of typing taking place around here. Boooo!!!

But that's ok! Less words mean more pictures. Yay!!

And what better pictures could there be than Wish List items??!!

  1. I love your taste and you are just too adorable for words! I hope youre feeling okay this week without those meds. There are no meds for what I have-just slap on the braces and rest when fatigue hits...well try. I am teaching the babies that mama needs extra rest sometimes heheeh Lots of Hugs! D

    1. Thanks Daffny!! I'm just moving like a snail, but I'll be fine as long as there's bakelite to shop for! HA!!!

  3. Good luck on your medication vacation! I just started taking Requip and gabapentin this summer and my doctor has said I'll have to do periodic medication vacations to avoid augmentation and it makes me nervous. Thank you for being open about your journey with this illness. It has helped me be a little less afraid of my diagnosis.

    1. Hi! I just started on Requip XL. I also take Selegeline. I was on the Neupro patch which was awesome, but not enough symptom relief. If you ever want to chat or have questions or ANYTHING, shoot me an email - poodlesandpincurls@gmail.com
I'm glad if I've helped in any way. Parky's can be scary to think about, but keeping positive plus lots of humor, helps tremendously! ;)

  5. Fabulous picks! That stoplight novelty brooch is over-the-moon darling! :)

I too frequently window shop (and occasionally splurge and buy myself an item or two) when I'm not feeling well enough to do much writing either. It's oodles of fun, but does lead to wishlists that could easy circle the equator many times over! :)

Gentle hugs & happy shopping wishes!
